Volunteers Needed

LWVAAC community partner, the NAACP-AAC Branch, invites League members and friends to be part of the NAACP's voter service efforts at the 7th Annual Annapolis Family Day Festival, Saturday, July 29 at the Bates Athletic Complex, 935 Spa Road in Annapolis.

Volunteers are needed for "walk" and "table" shifts from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. "Walk" means you will walk Festival Grounds with a clip board interacting with eligible voters. "Table" means sitting at a voter registration table accepting applications and sharing books and stickers with kids.  

Enjoy live music in a family-friendly setting and help empower voters at the same time! You don’t have to be trained as Voter Registration Volunteer to help out and all supplies will be provided. Table volunteers are asked to bring their own folding chair.
