AACC Civility Matters 2023

One Event, Two Rewards:

#1 Witness students creatively engaging in civil discourse.

#2 Experience the joy of empowering new voters.

The Anne Arundel Community College (AACC) Communications department has invited LWVAAC to take part in its 2023 Civility Matters program, Using Communication to Heal Society. (Click image above for details.)

Volunteers are needed to staff LWVAAC's voter service table during 3 shifts: 9:30 to 11:30 am, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm, and 1:30 to 3:30 pm. Email Vera with your availability. You do not need to be a certified registrar to volunteer.

Civility Matters will be held Tuesday, October 24 from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm outdoors on the main Quad of the AACC Arnold campus.* All members are welcome to stop by to show support for the AACC Communications department and the ingenuity of AACC students using communication to heal society. RSVP below if you plan to attend.

*In case of rain, the program will move to the AACC Student Union Hawk's Nest.
