The annual History Day contest is a project based learning experience that challenges students to research topics aligned with the year's theme, develop a thesis statement and create a product that supports their thesis. This year's theme is Frontiers in History: People, Places, Ideas. The Anne Arundel County Regional History Contest was held on February 11 at Broadneck High School. LWVAAC sponsored an award for the Project Best Representing Women's History.

All are welcome at this celebration of students' knowledge, ingenuity and analytical skills.
