After hundreds of years of fighting for legislation and a seat at the table, I see the tides changing for women in our homes, the workplace, and our communities. Having served in a leadership position in an organization whose mission is to advocate and fight for fairness and justice in the workplace, I am more determined than ever to do more to ensure "Equal Pay" becomes the way all organizations do business.
