Lifelong advocate for socioeconomic equality, fairness, and justice for African-Americans, Women, Laborers, Children, People with Disabilities, and Re-Entry Citizens.

After hundreds of years of fighting for legislation and a seat at the table, I see the tides changing for women in our homes, the workplace, and our communities.  Having served in a leadership position in an organization whose mission is to advocate and fight for fairness and justice in the workplace, I am more determined than ever to do more to ensure "Equal Pay" becomes the way all organizations do business.  Joining the LWVMD is a part of my strategic approach to aggressively participating.
