MLK Parade & African Diaspora Festival

The MLK Parade and African Diaspora Festival takes place April 1st at the Annapolis Dock and Susan Campbell Park. The parade starts at 12 noon, and the Festival continues until 8 pm. The NAACP will be running a voter registration event during the festival.
